I work with about 15 sales reps and we want to be able to create one massive
contact list from each of their personal contact lists in MS Outlook. Can
this be done? How? and the goal would be as they update we can keep an
updated client base list.

This is easily done if you are connecting to an Exchange server and by
creating a Public Folder Contact folder.
