copy outlook 2003 data from 1 computer to another

I want to copy all my outlook 2003 data (contacts,
emails, calendar,etc) from my desktop to my laptop, what
is the best way to do this?

locate your pst-file by rightclicking on Outlook Today-> properties-> button
Advanced. Go to this location in Explorer. When you've closed Outlook you'll
be able to copy it to another location. Open the datafile on your laptop by
using File-> open-> Outlook Data File
