Copying Contacts

Version: 2008 Email Client: Exchange Hi!

I have a few folders of contacts on my computer that I want to consolidate in to one folder.

My issue is this. I have multiple duplicates. Is there a way to eliminate the duplicates after copying them?

Also, I tried to Select All Contacts (I have quite a few!) and drag them in to my other Contacts folder. I have noticed that only a handful of them copied. Is there a size/limit issue?

Please let me know.

Thank you!

I believe there are scripts that ca help you with that. You can google
something like Contact Duplicate AppleScript Entourage.

I think so. You might need to move/copy them, in batch.

If you sync Entourage to the Apple Address Book you can easily deal with duplicates in the Apple Address Book and when you turn Sync Services back on, select to delete Entourage data and overwrite with the Apple Address Book.
