Copying & Pasting Entire Page

Using 2003 I am losing some text and formatting whenever I try to copy &
paste an entire page for a tri-fold brochure. The color scheme changes,
which I expected, but the company name, address, city & state and email
address changes from single spacing to either 1 1/2 or double spacing. In
addition, some text below a heading doesn't seem to get copied and
transferred from the old document to the new one.

I can reformat the text fairly easily but am planning to use this method for
a great many brochures as well as letters, flyers etc. and its easy to
overlook something that is missing after the copying & pasting has been
done.

Now I am using "Select All", grouping, copying, opening the blank document I
want to paste to, and pasting. I have been using Publisher since the 98
version and am pretty proficient with it but this is throwing me off. Please
give me some advice.

If grouping works then you have solved your problem. Are these 98 publications you
are copying? Are you copying them from the 98 program? Have you tried to opening them
in Publisher 2003, maybe you wouldn't lose so much of the formatting?

These are all 2003 Publisher files. I was saying that I did group all
objects on the page before copying & pasting. For some reason not everything
(mostly random bits of text) aren't getting pasted onto the new blank page.

Are you checking the Font Scheme - if the color scheme is changing more than
likely the font scheme will too.
