I have run into a problem that is mystifying to me. I am
operating on XP and have two user accounts. I can no
longer access Word from one, whether using the desktop
shortcut, trying to open documents from the hard drive or
a floppy disk, or by digging through "my computer". I
end up with a "send error reprt" prompt. I can, however,
use the program with no problems whatsoever from the
other user account. Any ideas? Thanks so much.
