customize folder list

I'm have the outlook and I'm using it on an exchange
server account,
I have all folders such "inbox, outbox, contacts ." in
the folder list window.
I need to customize the folder list contains as I need
Mean. I do not want to have for example "contacts,
journal, notes." in my folder list window
I just need to see a custom view I modify myself with
only the folders that I want to see
How can I do that?

You can't. These folders are needed for Outlook to run properly and you
can't modify the folderlist as this is the physical structure of your
pst-file. You can use the Outlook Bar instead and create shortcuts to only
those folders you want to see.

use the outlook bar instead of the folder list and delete the folders from
the outlook bar that you don't want to see.
