Deletes e-mail

With office xp pro on a dell xp pro system. When user
account opens e-mail it deletes it when she closes mail.
It's gone not in deleated folder or anywhere so it can be
found??

Is the user using McAfee antivirus? I recently saw a post from someone with
the same symptoms and McAfee was the culprit. Look on their support forums
for assistance with this issue.
