Deleting the Header from Hell

I am looking at my headers in a file and was trying to adjust them. I
can't
even edit one of them for some reason. I'm also trying to delete it
and can't.
It seems when I move it there appears another header there. So, this
doc
has two headers on one page.

Any ideas?

You would do better asking this in a Word newsgroup. In Word, view, headers and
footers.
