Design Outlook Form

I have previously designed a form in Outlook 2000. I am
trying to design a form now in Tasks but whilst I can go
to design form, the formatting toolbar is greyed out and I
can't add any fields. What do I need to do to be able to
design the form.

Are you trying to design a new form or edit the previous form? What happens
when you try to add a field?
