Diffculties during tracking

Hi Vazabee,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

The most common mistake is to not know how to update project effectively.
Relying on percentages is not necessarily the best way to update and many
people don't realise how important it is to enter Actuals followed by
estimates of Remaining work. I've covered most of this in my series on
Microsoft Project in the TechTrax ezine, particularly #27 & 28 (you might
like to look at the Questions section towards the end of 28 to help with
your other posting on a 3-hours delay), at this site:
http://tinyurl.com/2xbhc or this:

(Perhaps you'd care to rate the article before leaving the site, :)
Thanks.)

FAQs, companion products and other useful Project information can be seen at
this web address: <http://www.mvps.org/project/>

Hope this helps - please let us know how you get on :)
