Disable Printing

Hi All,

I have a form that display a list of cell phone numbers.
Not everyone has access to this form and the people who
do I don't want them to be able to print the form.

Is there a way to keep them from printing this form?

Hi Paul
No you cannot stop them from printing the form but you can set it so all
they can
print is the blank outline, or any limited number of contols and boxes you
would like.
Open the form in design view, select the list boxes, combo boxes, etc.. or
select the detail bar to kill all controls in the detail section, same to
kill header and footer objects too, right click, select properties, then in
the format tab, select "Display when", set for screen only.

Correction, I played around and if you screen only everything, you cannot
print anything, just a completely blank page.
