display office online on startup

How do I stop this irritating window labeled 'Office Online' ' getting
started' from showing up on the right side of my screen every time I start up
Word? I hate it! I don't want it! I don't need it! It's driving me nuts.

Assuming that the "Show at startup" box has already been cleared and this
hasn't helped.
