Displaying names

I have organized my Outlook Contacts by last name, then
first name. However when sending an email and I click on
the "To" the Contacts list is arranged as first name then
last. I have not been able to get the last name to appear
first. When I look at properties it shows last first for
all names but doesn't display that way.

Any advice on how to resolve this would be much
appreciated.

Same as Jerry;

Go to Control Panel-> Mail-> button E-mail Accounts-> View or change
existing directories or address books-> select the Outlook Address Book->
press Change to change the sorting order.

What gives the multipost (as you are from the same network)? Cheating with
an exam? :-D
