These are messages that are coming from spammers that are using a new method
to bypass enterprise spam filters. We are aware of this problem, and
hopefully we can filter them all out in the near future. However, for now,
there isn't an immediate solution. Please continue to ignore and delete
these messages.

So, it looks like making sure Outlook 2003 is up-to-date will cure this
problem.
