Hi Vasudev,
That's more of a task for MS Office Visio than Word, which has that
type of layout and placement features built in
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/TC010342021033.aspx.
You can use the Drawing Toolbar's Autoshapes button
and select 'More Autoshapes' and you should get access to
a few pieces of furniture that you may find useful.
