Duration greyed out

Hi, using Project 2007 Pro, I DL'd a template and all the Duration, Start &
Finish fields are "greyd out". Guess its sone global setting but i cant find
it, any help will be greatly appreciated

Hello timpatco,

Grayed out settings usually indicates a calculated field -- for
example the duration, start, & finish of a summary task is grayed out
as those values are calculated. Are you attempting to change values
in a summary level task? Which template did you download?
