I'm trying to print 6 - 8' long (x 36" wide) banners to an new EagleJet from
Publisher 2003. I've already set up a custom page size, and it looks perfect
in print preview, but when I print it, it's always about poster size, and the
orientation is portrait instead of landscape. Any idea what I'm missing?

This is probably a print driver issue. I've run accross this issue with
several print drivers, and I suspect that some print drivers don't properly
report page orientation to Publisher (or Publisher doesn't correctly
interpret page oreintation from the print driver). If you have access to
Acrobat (full version) try printing to a PDF file (remember to change the
PDF settings to Print Quality) and see if it prints correctly from the PDF.

You might read this, it is for Publisher 2000 and large format HP, but the setup
issue is about the same. Isn't the EagleJet an HP product?
