Is there a way to configure Outlook so it sends/receives
for a specific Email account rather always for multiple
ones?

That's where I get stuck. It's listed as ALL ACCOUNTS. I
don't how to specify one or the other.

Highlight All Accounts, click Edit. A window will appear showing the
separate accounts. Click on each one individually and edit the Send/Receive
settings.
