email form help

i am getting nowhere, i can not see where the problem is and neither the host tech support ppl, i have no idea where the mail is going to, i know i am not getting it. the submit button is configured properly with my email the page address is http://dentalnetwork.net/MBR_SIGN_UP.HTM

Hi Avi,

Well, you are using a mailto: hyperlink attached to your Submit button. This is not how the FrontPage form operates. The email address is set just like you have it in Form Properties.

Remove the hyperlink from the button, save and republish. I think this should clear up the problem.
