Entourage X freezes during rebuild

When I attempt to rebuild an Entourage database since upgrading to Leopard it
freezes and never completes.

Someone else asked this question, but I'm not entirely clear on the answer
they received.

Evey time I have attempted I get an static status bar window which simply 2
zeros in it and nothing else. I eventually force quit out of entourage only
to notice that a partial rebuild did occur and is saving to the identity
folder.

Why is this happening? Leopard again!? and how do I rebuild my entourage X
database?

Why are you rebuilding? Are you having problems, or are you trying to reduce
space?

Most likely you don't have enough space to rebuild. See this article:

A word of caution. Be sure you have a copy of the original. Work off of
copies. If something goes wrong you can always make a new copy. If you can
open the Identity the data can be salvaged.
