I am using Outlook 02 and Office XP (Word as my email
editor). After I create or reply and try to close Outlook,
I get an error message "This file is use by another
application or user.
(C:\Windows\...\Templates\Normal.Dot). Then, I click OK
and then a Save as dialog box appears with Normal word
file. What is this and how can I get it to stop doing it
upon exiting Outlook? Thank you for your help!
