error when saving changes to a page

I have used frontpage 2000 for a couple of years and now
when I make changes to a page and save those changes I
lose the whole content of the page. Occasionally the
changes are saved but then it will re-occur.
Has anybody experienced these problems.

Check your html view (probably still there) and then check for broken tag pairs
