Evaluation copy can't design forms??

I cannot design forms on my eval copy? Is that the way
it is supposed to be?? Design a form options are all
grayed out? Please help?

The evaluation copy of InfoPath lasts only 60 days. If you have had it
installed on your machine longer than that, most of the features will be
disabled, including the designer options.
