Excel 2007 Shading

Is it just me, or is the light blue shading Excel 2007 has hard to see?

Yes I know you can adjust contrast and the such to "see" it a bit better,
but that doesn't fly with over 1000 users.

Is this just the way it is? I was just looking for a definative yes, so
that I can let everyone know.
