Does anybod know how to export/extract non working time from resource
calendars? I need to summerise all the vacation time (non working time) for a
number of resources.

Thanks

do you know if there is a report that can be run to show all the non working
time for all the resources. I just need to see all the vacation time for all
the resources.

Hi,

If I knew a report, would I say "the only way I know is through a VBA
procedure"?
So the answer to this one is no, sorry.

This might do it:

View > Reports > Custom > Resources, pick "edit", select the "detail" tab,
and make sure "Calendar" is selected. This will create a list of calendar
exceptions to each resource.

Maybe that's what you're looking for?

Hi,

I don't have a store with snippets at hand; if I have the time I'll re-write
something tomorrow (it is now late evening in Western Europe)

Hi Bob,

Just realized that the logic of recognizing individual resource's free days
is embedded in the macro you can find under MS Project: an abstract on my
website :)

Key is tocompare, fore each day, the period.working property of both the
base calendar and the resource calendar
Hope this helps,
