I have a folder named Office in it is another folder named 1033. When trying
to delete it, it says unable to delete: directory is not empty. I am using
XP and would like to delete this file.

Why?.. is it doing bad things?.. I hardly ever get to see mine.. out of
sight, out of mind et tout cela.. leave it alone and all will be well..

I'm not sure why you want to delete this folder since it is part of
the Office installation. Any folders/files created in the Office
installation path should be left alone since modifying them could
prevent Office from running correctly.

Additionally, any file/folder that contains "1033" in the name
indicates it is part of the English language pack.

No, it is not part of an Office installation. Office is no longer installed.
I have followed every ounce of help and tools I can find, the only thing
left is this file. I just want to know how to delete it. That's all I am
looking for. The eraser tools do not work in XP. Pretty please, all I want
to know is how to delete this file.
