Files to back up and copy

Hi all, I having some problems with my PC. (some type of virus I suspect).
So I want to copy my Outlook files to a another HDD before I fdisk my boot
drive.

What files do I need to copy and where would I find them.

I would go to the Microsoft FAQ's but no apps will actually start on the PC
and I don't have web access here at work so please help.
