Formatting Cells

how do i set the first 5 -10 columns to always show the
same info, like categorys so that when i scroll down that
information and first 5-10 colums will always show it just
scrolls through whats below that.

Go into window...Freeze panes.
Make sure you are in cell A11

Your description is a bit vague, but perhaps Freeze Panes is what you want.

To freeze rows and columns in view while scrolling select a cell and
Window>Freeze Panes.

The rule is.......everything to the left and above the original selected cell
will remain in view.

i.e. select C3 and Window>Freeze Panes will freeze columns A and B and rows 1
and 2.
