[help]

Can someone please help? Here is the problem. I am
trying to have a form on my website that can have
information input to it and when they hit submit, it will
forward to a network database, so it could be used on the
network, for printing, etc. Is there anyone that can
direct me where to find solutions, or any sort of help
please.

Can't be done with the FP forms.
