i have created a form, on the form there is a question that requires, if yes,
open another form after completing the second form, i want to save that info
and send with the original form an have it go back to the orginal form for
completion how do i do that?

You would have to submit the form on page 1 to a script that evaluates the
contents of the field with the answer. It would redirect the form based on
that evaluation - if "no" the form would be simply processes as normal. If
"yes" the form's data would be submitted to a second form, that would load a
series of hidden fields with the data, collect the new data, and submit it
all to a form processing script.

Perhaps this is a bit complex for the stock form processing in FP.
