getting help

i have powerpoint 2003 teaher/student office program.

There is no "choice" for picking this option to get FREE
support in Microsoft help section. I choose "office" then
Powerpoint and put in the ID # and it keeps telling me
that I have not chosen the correct program. There is
option for "office" only which is the closest one.

I don't know how you'd contact MS product support for the
teacher/student edition. Maybe check with your school?

In the interim, what is your problem/question? Maybe we can resolve it.
