I know I inserted a graphic/picture but it doesnt appear on the page or when
I move the page it disappears

Which application are you doing this in?

That is typically an indication of video card issues. Usually can be
corrected by installing an updated driver from the video card
manufacturer. Visit their web site and download and install the correct
one for your card and operating system.
