Hide who message is from

I am trying to send multiple emails in Outlook to
customers outside of the company, I do not want my name
visible nor give them the ability to respond as we are
referring them to another source for questions

Then just use another name (I believe you have to have something entered at
least) and Email address in the account
like most people do on the forums.
