How can I save at a default location for Publisher templates?

In publisher 2003 and all earlier versions I could save all my templates to
my data disk (D:\) so that I would not lose them in the case of a disk crash.

In Publisher 2007 it would appear that I can omnly save them on my C:\ drive.

Is there a way I can default my templates to my d:\ drive?

Save the template on your hard drive and copy to the removable media.

Do you have Vista?

I can save a template to my removable media, I don't recommend it, but I can do
it. Are you getting any message to why you cannot save it to your D drive?

I am using Vista Business and Pub 2007.

In Pub 2003 and earlier I was able to point Publisher to my Templates folder
but there does not appear to be any way that I can do that in 2007.
In 2003 I was therefore able to save all my templates to my preferred
location and also automatically pick up the templates from the same place
when I wanted to open a new publication based on that template.

It looks as though Miscr$oft has taken a backwards step here by removing an
essential element of functionality from the programme.

Have I missed something?

Can I point Publisher 2007 at my templates folder
