How do I create exact versions of my laptop Outlook with my Home?

I need to know what files I should copy from my laptop to my home system to
keep both programs exactly alike.

Are there any other solutions to synchronizing my laptop Outlook with my
Desktop Outlook? this one (slipstick) did not work.
