how do i do a single screenshot of folders and subfolders?

I have created a folder and subfolders and I need to paste a copy of what i
did on to my word document. Was told could do a screenshot, but having
problams with it. Anyone know what to do. Thanks for the help. Thank you JD

Look for a button on your keyboard labelled "PrntScrn" or something similar.
Now hold down the ALT key and press the Printscreen key. This will take a
screenshot of the currently selected window and place it on your keyboard.
Now go to word and select "paste" from the "edit" menu.

It is going to be a lot easier for you to see if you can find a basic
windows book at a local bookstore or library and work your way through it.
It will work much faster than asking questions here.
