How do I find the office assistant in MS Office XP?

I'm new to XP and can't find the office assistant, the icon that pops up when
you start Word, Excel, etc., that you click on to get help. In know it's a
silly thing, but I enjoy having it on my screen. Thanks for any help.

The Office Assistant is not a default install in Office XP. Suggest you try
re-running Setup and installing.
