How do I get 2 people to work on 1 Word doc live online?

I do alot of writing in Word but often look for proofing help from peers
online. I'm wondering if there is a way for 2 people to proof or work on a
document at the same time/live.

This is a PowerPoint-Newsgroup. For detailed answers regarding Word, you
should post this question in microsoft.public.word.

Generally speaking, in all Office 2003 programs you will find the item
"Tools | Online collaboration" for this.
