how do I keep items grouped to save as a .jpg in Publisher?

I have designed an advert in Publisher using text boxes & a picture. I have
grouped these but when I try to save them as a Picture in .jpg format only
onetext box gets saved. How do I overcome this as I also need to save the
image as a .pdf?

Save the whole publication as a .jpg. File, save as, files of type, scroll down
to .jpg

After grouping them, you have to have your cursor on one of the corner
handles, and not within the bounding box...kinda tricky sometimes took me a
while to figure it out. Then right click and choose Save as Picture.

You don't "save" as a pdf, you output to a driver which appears as a printer
choice - do: File | Print then choose whatever pdf creator your are using.

Yer welcome.
Took me about 10 minutes of back and forth trials.
I've only had Pub2003 for about a month and this was something 2000 dint
have.
