How do I merge envelopes in access

I'm new to this program and I have 400 mailings that need to go out. I have
the data base with all the names and address, but don't know where to go from

the data base with all the names and address, but don't know where to go from
there.

To print data from your database, you would create a "Report". Open the
Reports window and create a new report; use the Report Wizard (the Label
Wizard might be a good start) to create an report. You may need to tweak the
report in design mode after the wizard builds it for you, e.g. if you want to
print directly on envelopes rather than on labels.
