How do I move a column in Access to another position

I'm not sure how I did it, but one of my columns is in a different position
than it was before. I want to move it back to the original position.

Column in a table?

Why should you care? Table datasheets are designed for one purpose only: data
storage. If you're going to edit data in a table, use a Form based on a Query
- you can put the fields in any order you wish.

But to answer: open the Table in design view, and just move the field wherever
you like in the list of fields.

In the datasheet view of a query or table you can move columns around by
clicking on the column header to select the entire column and then clicking
again and dragging the column to a new position.

If this is a query you can restore the order of the fields to match the
order in the design view by doing the above OR
-- Open the query in design view,
-- Switch to SQL view and copy the SQL statement (text)
-- Open a new query
-- Don't add any tables
-- Switch to SQL view and paste the text
-- Save the new query over the old query.
