How do I open an email attachment from publisher

How do I open an e-mail attachment from publisher not the other way around.
I know how to open an e-mail attachment and use publisher, but I want to be
able to do it directly from publisher. I thought it should be located in
temporary internet files, but it wasn't there.

Sorry, but you must save the attachment to your hard drive and then open
Publisher and choose Open from the File drop down menu and browse to the
location where you saved it.
