What format is your video in now?
you should look at the file extension at the end of the video name or right
click and select properties to find out.
If it is an AVI you might need something like K lite codec pack to run it in
the non-windows 7 versions of media center.
I would think that the device you used to take the video would come with
some sort of playback software. Regardless, nothing in Office will do that.
Maybe Windows Media Player will, depending on the format.
