How do I print entire text of notes with bullets.

Trying to print the entire text of a "note" with multiple lines, bullets,
etc. I'm only getting the text up to the first "carriage return", then
ellipse (...) for the rest. I can read the note on the screen, but want to
print in entirety.

Reincke,
Go to Page Setup/View tab and turn on the option to Print Notes.

Thanks for reply John. I do have this set up that way, to "print notes", and
have the "notes" field in my view. I still am only getting essentially the
first paragraph of my note to print, i.e., all text up to where I have
pressed return to start a new line. Example:
"First paragraph stuff.
- new line
- new line"

will print "First paragraph stuff...." -- that's all I see.

Reincke,
Is the full text of the notes not printing or are you simply not able to
see anything beyond the first carriage return in your view? If it is the
former, perhaps there is a problem with your printer or printer driver.
In the case of what you see in the Notes field when displayed as a
column in a view, Project will only display the text string up to the
first carriage return, or first 256 characters, whichever occurs sooner.

Thanks again John. It's actually not printing out the stuff. With our
office network/server I could easily believe the problem is with the driver
or something outside Project itself. We'll work on it. Thanks again so much
for your time.

Reincke,
You're welcome, I hope you find the answer.
