how do I save a access database to CD without it being a read onl.

I have made a database using Access. I need to save it to a CD but when I do
this and try and use the CD it is a read only programme.
Can you please help me to save a database so that I can use it to add names
and addresses to it in the future

What does this have to do with Outlook Contacts?
Any file on a CD is read only. If you need read/write access you move the
file to a hard drive and remove the read only attribute.
