How do I save my work as 'Read Only'?

I have a Publisher file that a coworker is asking for. I do not want to send
the file to this person where they can make changes and take credit for my
work. Is there a way that I can save the file as 'Read Only' so she doesnt
change anything on the file?

Convert the file to PDF using a converter such as the one available at
www.primopdf.com

Is there a way that I can add 'Brochure developed by (name)' in the
properties of the file itself so when someone opens the file, they will know
that I am the one that produced the brochure, etc.?

Add a watermark to the file?

I'm not sure what possibilities PrimoPDF offers for tagging the output PDF
file.

In an obscure part of the brochure, place very small text that state
someting like this:
"Graphic design by Publisher Rookie"
