Hello adakon,
If you are using Project 2007 Pro or Standard, you can use the "Set
Reminder" button which is on the tracking toolbar. This will copy the
information for the selected task(s) and create a task in Outlook 2007.
However, if the schedule changes in Project, it will not update the Outlook
task. If you are using a release of Project prior to 2007, I'm afraid there
is not automated method.
If you are using Project Server, I believe there is a method using the
"Outlook Add-in". If you are using Project Server, I suggest re-posting your
question to the Project server (Microsoft.Public.Project.Server) newsgroup.
