How do I sort by entire project by start date?

Norine

I have a very large project and need to do the following reports for upper
management:

1 - sort by start date so the tasks appear in chronological order and

2 - display all tasks that are late (before I do a baseline). I know when a
project is 100% there is a checkmark that appears next to a task. Is there
any way to get another symbol to appear next to tasks where their due date
has passed?

1. Project/Sort/by Start Date. If that is not to your liking, try
Project/Sort/Sort by... select Start and then deselect the "Keep structure"
checkbox at the bottom.

2. Insert the column called "Status" which will tell you complete, future
task, on schedule, late assuming you are using the %Complete for measurement.
