How do I stop pictures moving on page when printing

I am using Publisher 2003.

When sending 4 page spreads to a printer to print to A3, Some pictures move
from their onscreen position to the left of the page.

How do I stop this from happening?

I wasn't aware Publisher could print four-page spreads.

Is there any predictability to which objects will do this?
Are the pictures spanning the fold? Do you have pictures in your scratch
area?
