How do I turn off design mode for email recipient

I created a survey in MS Word and would like the recipients to enter data
into the survey. However, the design mode stays on when I email and most do
not know to turn this off to enter data in the spaces I created. Can I turn
off the design mode before sending and still allow access to the data entry?

Did you publish the form after you completed the designing? If not, publish
it, give it a distinctive name, and send form definitions if you want others
to see what you have created rather than a blank message.
